B2B Sales Representative – Industrial Services

Job Description

TIS Personnel Services, a staffing agency established in Montreal since 1974, is currently seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to support its growth and actively develop its client portfolio within the industrial services sector.

This position is intended for a results-driven, autonomous, and strategic professional with solid experience in business development.

French is the primary working language. Knowledge of English is required, as the position involves communicating, when necessary and in order to properly perform job duties, with clients located both within and outside the province. When requested by the client, the representative must be able to provide excellent service in English, whether through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, chat platforms, or any other professional communication channel.

Working Conditions
• Salary: Competitive base salary + commission
• Duration: Permanent, full-time position
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Location: Montreal, Quebec
• Benefits: Group insurance after 3 months

Responsibilities
• Actively prospect new B2B clients within the industrial services sector
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients and key accounts
• Identify growth opportunities and upselling potential
• Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals
• Close commercial agreements while meeting profitability objectives
• Maintain client relationships both in person and remotely
• Analyze market trends and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Use a CRM system (Salesforce or equivalent) to track sales activities
• Collaborate closely with management on the development and launch of new services
• Represent the company with clients, partners, and at business events

Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience in industrial services, professional services, or recruitment (strong asset)
• Proven experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong proficiency with digital tools and CRM software
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English, required for professional communications when necessary
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
