The employee, you will be in charge of the entire customer services experience process, so from advising customers to managing receivable accounts. Responsibilities:
- Customer service
- Deal with customers at the sales counter
- Advise, assist and process all client’s inquiries
- Manage and maintain customer records
- Manage special customer requests
- Develop a solid client relation throughout customized approach
- Coordination
- Write quotations tailored to customers’ needs
- Track outdoor repairs
- Coordinating sellers’ calls when they’re not at the office
- Collect and pass on any complaints about product weaknesses
- Investigate the causes of unrealized sales
- Receivable accounts
- Recover outstanding accounts
- Manage credit applications
- other task related to the job.
Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma
- Fully bilingual
- Training in a customer service-related field (an asset)
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Detail oriented, responsible with strong abilities to work as part of a team
- Experience in writing submissions is an asset
- Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset)
