Permanent Placement

TIS has established a standard of performance and can achieve a high degree of success for the client’s permanent placement needs. This service allows the client to immediately enter competent candidates into their workforce as full time employees without the usual risk and delays incurred with in-house recruitment.
The client agrees to pay a placement fee based on the employee’s annual salary. This traditional form of remuneration comes complete with a guarantee on the placement. Should the individual not live up to the standards required within the allocated time period, as outlined by the client, TIS will relaunch the placement process to select a more appropriate candidate at no additional cost.
